Boiler installation covers work that falls outside our fixed-price like-for-like offer, such as fitting a different type of boiler or moving a boiler to a new location. These jobs are quoted after we have assessed the property.

Choosing a boiler
A combi boiler heats hot water on demand, so there is no separate hot-water cylinder. Other types of boiler work with a cylinder that stores hot water. Which is suitable depends on your property and how you use hot water. Tell us what you have now and what you would like, and we will advise once we have assessed the property.
