Tick the emergency option when booking online for a faster, prioritised visit. The £50 is added to the price of the service you book. We aim to attend within 2 hours of confirming your priority booking, and within 4 hours at the latest except in exceptional circumstances outside our control; if we do not, the £50 is refunded. Same-day appointments are available for Standard Labour repairs.

Fault-finding and repair for boilers that have stopped working or are not heating properly. The £90 starting price is a minimum charge covering up to the first hour on site, even if the job takes less than one hour. Parts and any extra time are quoted before work goes ahead.

Help with cold radiators, noisy systems, leaks and other heating problems, plus regular upkeep. Parts quoted separately.

Labour to replace a radiator in the same position; the price depends on the size of the radiator. The radiator, and any extra pipework or valves, are quoted separately.

Cleans sludge and debris out of the whole heating system with a power-flushing machine, then refills and adds inhibitor. For systems with up to 6 radiators; larger systems are quoted.

Fitting or replacing thermostats, timers and heating controls. The controls themselves are quoted separately.

Checks of gas appliances and pipework in your home, and domestic gas work. Landlord certificates are priced in the fixed-price section above.

Leaking pipes and taps, water leaks and other plumbing faults. The £90 starting price is a minimum charge covering up to the first hour on site, even if the job takes less than one hour; parts and any extra time are quoted.

Labour to fit or replace a kitchen or bathroom tap. The tap and any extra parts are quoted separately.

Toilet faults and repairs. Parts are quoted separately.

Labour to remove and fit a new toilet. The toilet and any extra parts are quoted separately.

Plumbing connection for appliances where suitable connections already exist.

Labour to fit a shower. The shower unit and any additional pipework are quoted separately.
