What a boiler service involves

A boiler service is a routine check of your boiler by a Gas Safe registered engineer, to help keep it running safely and efficiently. It is a good way to catch a developing problem before it turns into a breakdown. Many boiler manufacturers recommend regular servicing, and some make it a condition of their warranty, so it is worth checking your boiler’s paperwork.

Exactly what is checked depends on the make and model of your boiler. If a fault is found or a part needs replacing, we explain what we have found and quote the repair separately. Work outside the service you booked may need your approval before it goes ahead.
