Heating, boiler and plumbing help in Rotherhithe
Rotherhithe has converted warehouses, riverside flats, newer apartment blocks and family houses. We are based at South Dock Marina in SE16, so we are usually close by.
Rotherhithe is in the London Borough of Southwark, on the peninsula in the bend of the Thames. The Brunel Museum sits beside the Thames Tunnel, the first tunnel known to have been built under a navigable river.

Flats and conversions
Many flats here have a compact combi boiler in a kitchen or airing cupboard. We service, repair and replace them, and check the flue and ventilation every time.
Newer apartments
Newer flats usually have a modern combi or system boiler. Servicing it every year keeps the manufacturer’s warranty valid and helps it run efficiently.
Landlords and letting agents
We carry out CP12 landlord gas safety certificates and can combine the check with a boiler service on the same visit, so one appointment covers both.
