Heating, boiler and plumbing help in Plumstead
Plumstead is mostly Victorian and Edwardian terraces. Many are rented, so we carry out lots of CP12 checks here, along with boiler servicing and repairs.
Plumstead is in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, east of Woolwich. Plumstead Common gives the area plenty of green space on the hill above the high street.

Older houses
Older homes often have ageing pipework, radiators and valves. We fix leaks, replace radiators and valves, and can power-flush a sluggish heating system.
Landlords and letting agents
We carry out CP12 landlord gas safety certificates and can combine the check with a boiler service on the same visit, so one appointment covers both.
Family homes
From a boiler that keeps losing pressure to radiators that stay cold at the top, we sort out the heating and plumbing problems that busy family homes run into.
